Terms of Service

1. The service

Cluster Army (https://cluster.army, "the service") is a free suite of SEO tools operated by EVE Milano by Searcus Swiss Sagl, Via dei Faggi 4V, 6912 Pazzallo, Switzerland (UID CHE-180.818.315), "we" or "us". By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Google accounts and permissions

Some tools need you to sign in with Google and grant access to Google Search Console (read-only) or, separately, to Google Ads. You must only connect accounts and analyze properties that you are authorized to access. You can sign out at any time and revoke the service's access from your Google Account permissions page.

The service only reads your Google data: it never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Search Console properties or Google Ads accounts. How we handle the data we receive from Google is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms, including the Google Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes or to process data you have no right to process;
  • overload, attack or try to get around the limits and security measures of the service, or access it with automated scripts in a way that disrupts other users;
  • upload files that contain malware or personal data of others without a legal basis;
  • resell or present the service as your own.

We may block access or limit use (for example the 30 search-volume lookups per day) to protect the service and its users.

4. Your data and results

You keep all rights to the data you submit and to the results the tools produce for you, including exports. Results and uploaded files are kept only for the periods described in the Privacy Policy, so download what you need.

A Long Tail results link can be opened by anyone who has it, for 7 days: share it only if you want others to see it.

5. AI features

Title Optimizer and GSC AI Chat use the Google Gemini API to generate suggestions and answers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete: review it before you use it. You are responsible for the titles, descriptions and decisions you publish or take based on it.

6. Availability and changes

The service is free and provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the data shown (which comes from Google and other sources) will be complete or accurate.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business decisions based on the results of the service. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains as provided by law.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design and texts of the service belong to EVE Milano by Searcus Swiss Sagl. Google, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC; the service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at the registered office of Searcus Swiss Sagl have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
